If I need to vary the arrangements of a conveyance for which a "Permit to Move Radioactive Substance" has already been granted, what should I do?
You may apply for an amendment of the permit in writing by specifying the changes and appending the relevant supporting document(s) to the Radiation Board. Please make sure that your Radioactive Substances License permits you to carry out the conveyance of the concerned radioactive substances from the place of origin to the place of destination.
If the date of conveyance of radioactive substances is postponed, what can I do?
You can submit an application to amend the permit if it has not yet expired. You will have to submit a new application if the permit has already expired.
Do I need to apply for a permit to move an Irradiating Apparatus?
No, a permit is required only for the conveyance of radioactive substances. However, please make sure that you have obtained a licence to cover the possession of the concerned irradiating apparatus at the new premises.
