Reminder about selling, dealing in or with irradiating apparatus in Hong Kong

In Hong Kong, selling, dealing in or with irradiating apparatus requires valid irradiating apparatus licence granted by the Radiation Board. Such licence only permits the licence holder to sell and stow the licenced irradiating apparatus at the premises stated in the licence. Such licence does not allow the licence holder to use or demonstrate the irradiating apparatus at any places. Such use or demonstration is a breach of section 7 of the Radiation Ordinance (Cap. 303, Laws of Hong Kong).
