You must obtain a valid licence before moving your irradiating apparatus from the licensed premises

From time to time, holders of Irradiating Apparatus Licence will relocate their irradiating apparatuses from licensed premises to new premises. Please be reminded that your Irradiating Apparatus Licence will not cover the possession of the apparatus at a new location.

Section 7 of the Radiation Ordinance requires that any person who has in his possession any irradiating apparatus shall have a valid licence granted by the Radiation Board for that purpose. In this connection, when you plan to relocate your irradiating apparatus, you shall obtain the relevant licence issued under the Radiation Ordinance for the new premises before moving that irradiating apparatus to the new premises.
